How to Order

Updated December 13, 2023: Dufflet-Downtown retail location at 787 Queen Street West will close its doors on April 29, 2023. The last day to order for Dufflet-Downtown is before 3pm Wednesday April 26 for pick-ups on Friday April 28 and Saturday April 29.

Once Dufflet-Downtown closes, we will accept prepaid online orders for pick-up only, delivery will not be available. Choose from two pick-up locations: Dufflet-Norseman (Etobicoke) or Dufflet-Midtown (Yonge & Eligible Café). Order deadlines apply, and walk-in or next-day orders are not available at either pick-up location.

Pick-up Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 5pm, Sunday 11am to 5pm

ORDERING DEADLINES (for all pick up locations)

2pm Monday for Wednesday pickup,
2pm Tuesday for Thursday pickup,
2pm Wednesday for Friday pickup ,
2pm Wednesday for Saturday or Sunday pickup (Midtown only),
2pm Friday for Tuesday pickup.

ORDERING PROCEDURES

Add items to your Shopping Cart from our product pages. View Cart once you’re done, then proceed to Checkout. Select Pick-Up and your preferred pick-up location (Dufflet-Norseman or Dufflet-Midtown). Delivery is not available. Items listed as Out of Stock are not in production at this time.

Once your order is submitted, it is finalized once payment has been successfully removed from your chosen payment method. You will receive an auto-generated email letting you know your order has been received and processed, confirming your order along with the price, and your payment and pick-up options. Please present your online Order number when picking up.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS

For both pick-up locations, online orders may be paid for at check out with most major credit cards, Pay Pal and Visa debit. You must have your own PayPal account if using that option at check-out.

Cancellation Policy:
– 100% Refund if cancelled within ordering deadlines
– 50% Refund if cancelled past the ordering deadlines
– No Refund if cancelled same day as pick up
To cancel your order, please send an email to retail@dufflet.com during business hours to request a refund.

OPTIONS FOR DELIVERY (subject to change):

Deliveries are not available from either of the pick-up locations.

OTHER NOTES:

* Custom orders, decorations or inscriptions are not available.
* Mail-Order service is not available.
* Thawing Frozen Cakes: We recommend thawing your cake for 8 hours in the refrigerator (or overnight) in the box it came in. For same day serving, leave at ambient temperature for 4 to 6 hours depending on size of cake.
* Serving Instructions: For the best experience, we recommend our buttercream cakes be removed from the refrigerator 30-60 minutes before serving to allow the buttercream to soften.

COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES:

We kindly encourage you to continue to wear a mask when entering either pick-up location.

ALLERGENS

Dufflet products are hand-crafted in an open bakery and placed in pastry boxes, not sealed packages (except for packaged certified Gluten-Free items). The following ingredients are used in our bakery and may be present in any of our products: Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Dairy, Eggs, Soya, Wheat.
