A: Dufflet products are hand-crafted in an open bakery and placed in pastry boxes, not sealed packages (except for our Certified Gluten-Free and Plant Based lines). While we do make products that do not contain wheat or nuts in the recipe, most of our products are baked in an environment where wheat, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs and soy are present. Due to the presence of these allergens, we do not recommend consuming our desserts if you are allergic to wheat, nuts, dairy or eggs.
A: Dufflet Pastries feature only premium ingredients, with no hydrogenated fats or oils, nor artificial flavours, colours or preservatives added with the exception of our Seasonal Butter Cookies.

Thawing Frozen Cakes: We recommend thawing your cake for 8 hours in the refrigerator (or overnight) in the box it came in. For same day serving, leave at ambient temperature for 4 to 6 hours depending on size of cake.
Serving Instructions: For the best experience, we recommend our buttercream cakes be removed from the refrigerator 30-60 minutes before serving to allow the buttercream to soften.
A: Dufflet Pastries supplies restaurants, cafes, hotels, groceries and fine food shops across Ontario and beyond. Find a location most convenient to you on our List of Retailers Page.
If you are in the Greater Toronto Area you can order from our website for pick-up from either the Yonge & Eligible Café or Norseman locations. Products may not be ordered online for pick-up at another vendor’s location even if they normally carry Dufflet products.
A: We do not offer custom decorations like buttercream inscriptions and other piped on flourishes; edible images for cakes, cookies and cupcakes; or chocolate plaques for our cakes and cookies.
A: We do not offer multi-tier Wedding cakes, wedding cupcakes or custom large Celebration cakes for special occasions or events.
A: Orders may be placed and paid for using the Shop section of our website by selecting your preferred pick-up location in the Shopping Cart. Products may not be ordered for pick-up at other vendor’s locations even if they normally carry Dufflet products. Please present your online Order number when picking up.

A: Covid-19 safety measures: We kindly encourage you to continue to wear a mask when entering either pick-up location.

The selection changes every sale and no lists are available unless you walk in through the doors to see for yourself when we open – no calls please!
